Join us for a festive dinner and Centerpiece Floral Design Workshop at Salem’s Ledger Restaurant & Bar.
Following what will surely be an exquisite three-course meal (including dessert bar!), you’ll design a holiday centerpiece to bring home. We’ll share techniques and design tips on creating a holiday centerpiece for your festivities. All materials and tools, including a vase, mechanics, and snips, along with unique foliage, flowers and winter curiosities will be provided. You are welcome to bring additional embellishments to suit your taste or do some foraging and bring additional greens, berries and branches from your own yard.
You might think that Salem is the place to be for the spooky October season but, hear me out, it’s better in December for the holiday season. Twinkling lights, great small biz shopping, more parking, less crowds! Also, I’ve been plotting an opportunity to host a workshop here to indulge in an exceptional meal but really, the very best desserts. A very close childhood friend is the pastry chef here and while I can’t help my bias - you’ll agree with me.
First Course: Fried Brussels Sprouts | parmesan, za'atar, caesar

Second Course: Choice of:
Mushroom Campanelle | housemade pasta, spinach, leeks, parmesan cream
OR
Wood-Grilled Half Giannone Chicken | mashed potato, chicken jus, root vegetables
Third Course: Holiday Dessert Bar
Vegetarian/GF option available upon request, please note allergies on form when purchasing tickets.
Soda/Coffee/Non alcoholics included in price, alcohol and craft cocktails available for purchase
Ticket price includes meals tax and gratuity for staff
Smaller parties may be seated together depending on space.
